SXSW Interactive has announced a pre-event parties happening in Vancouver in January. The plan to throw a bash in as many cities as we can before the event happens in March but one of the first one kicks off in Vancouver at the historic Waldorf Hotel. If we’re lucky… the Waldorf’s ‘Five Secret World’s‘ art installation will still be installed. 🙂
What does this mean to you? If you are a current SXSW badgeholder (or are just interested in SXSW Interactive) and you live on one of the cities we’re visiting January and February of 2011, you should join us to meet others in your community and learn more about the event from SXSW Interactive staffers.
Here’s the logistical details:
Thursday January 13, 2011. The event will be at the
Waldorf Hotel on 1489 East Hastings Street
Town Hall – 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Party – 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
